1 · Guided introspection
Get your words flowing
Guided introspections give you the right question at the right moment, so the words come and you can unlock your mind.
- One prompt at a time. Pick a guide from Home, your Journal, a saved list or a friend's recommendation. Answer one prompt at a time, rate the guide, and save the result to a diary.
- Five ways to answer. Type, speak and see it typed, write or draw by hand, add a photo or video, or record your voice. Use any of them for any prompt.
- Or write freely. Start a blank entry, type or dictate, add a title if you like, and save it to your library.
Prompt 2 of 3
What took more energy than you expected?
The meeting about the move. I kept saying it was fine, but I was tired before it started.

“Honestly, the meeting about the move. I was tired before it even started…”
A heavy line, then a little sun
The view on the walk home

2 · Private diary
Yours alone, with full privacy
Save your reflections to a diary that only you can open. No one other than you can read it, not even us.
- Locked on your phone. Every entry is encrypted the moment you save it, with a key that stays on your devices.
- End-to-end encrypted. When your diary syncs or backs up, it travels and is stored as scrambled data that we can't read.
- Your library. Keep reflections in as many diaries as you like. Browse recent entries, search everything you've written, and move entries between diaries.
- Yours to take. Export your diary any time.

3 · Summaries
See the bigger picture
View a summary of your reflections over the past month, or over any time period you set.
- Themes, action points and reminders. Choose a time range, the diaries to include and what to show. See recurring themes, action points and reminders in one readable report.
- Talk it through. Open a private AI chat from any entry. Pick a suggested question, such as "What pattern do you notice here?", or ask your own.
The AI runs privately on your phone, and your data stays with you. How the AI keeps your words private
